1050x vs 1300x vs 1700x, when is what required?

So from what Terry said and what others have reiterated, I need 1300s. I have a 3.0 whipple, 20% lower, and 3.875 upper. I’ve been told 1000s will be fine on E85 and then others have said 1300 minimum. What’s the consenus on injector sizing?

I am on the fence on the 1300 or 1700 injectors as well. My car is a 2015 making around 1000 to the tires. I still like to run pump gas and I am concerned the 1700s will not support that.
At what psi? What’s around a 1000 to the tires?

Def fueling the engine with the methanol. I ran out of fuel at 1100whp on e85.

For folks that re not familiar, @Slow306stang and i run a similar combo. Built engine and F1A94.
Hmmm, I know the methanol injection is helping but I didn't think it was helping that much. It puts in perspective that if the meth kit fails, the car may run out of fuel with the id1700's.
@Slow306stang are you tuned for the Meth? sounds like a pretty potent combo!

There is no additional timing added for the methanol. I have the IAT sensor relocated downstream of the methanol nozzles. In the event the methanol isn't spraying the IAT's will sky rocket and timing will be pulled.

I only use mine on 93, but the water/meth is enough that fuel gets pulled and I get right up to the cap in timing. pretty cheap and potent stuff.

I should have clarified, I ran out of injector with ID 1300s at 1100whp. I'm currently running ID 1700s.

d1sc here at 20 psi triple pump system i run 1300 and it cause driving issue allot of low idle issue cause of the fuel dumps im e85 i run meth to keep it cool cause my iat were seeing 140 on the big end as she ate had 1050 and at 15psi on my d1sc on e had them at 90 percent which is semi safe cycle now with 1300 im at 45 percent most

I have a triple pump setup with ID1300's on E85 and have no driving issues or low idle issues. I would have the tune looked at if I were you.

You have dual injection, so that will help. 1300's sound to me like where you should be. You should have a bit to grow.

Id1700 with triple pumps here, no drivability issues at all. 140 temps aint nothing.

1300 should do ya, let me know if you need some, always in stock

if you have driving issues on 1300, sounds like someting is off in the tune, or hard parts
