Just wondering if anyone has had trouble with a wot box install dealing with a p0504 brake switch a/b correlation. I wired as per the instructions on lethal performance website. Not sure if it’s a tune correction or hardware issue. My car is a 2020 10r80 with a whipple.
The car made 1600 on 35 pounds of boost. When he cuts that 60 he’s leaving at 4K rpm, and the boost ramp is set to .5 seconds all in at 25 psi. If I had to guess, about 1400 wheel.
So from what Terry said and what others have reiterated, I need 1300s. I have a 3.0 whipple, 20% lower, and 3.875 upper. I’ve been told 1000s will be fine on E85 and then others have said 1300 minimum. What’s the consenus on injector sizing?
I’ll tell you the issues I’ve seen. First hand experience btw, bent diff bolts after about 20 passes, broken spider gears, and broken diff bolts. This particular car cut 1.1x 60s at 4000 lbs race weight. If you have the means, get the 9”. It will save you headaches in the long run.
A friend of mine has a 1600 horse car. It went 8.61@162 on 1200hp boost. He ran out of fuel pump at 1600hp, 34 lbs of boost and EOneR. He has the same fuel system as you. His car is an 18 though so he is currently fighting trans issues.
My buddy did and it was high 70s. Like I wanna say normal driving was around 75-78 cold start and Outside was like 127 cold start behind the car or something. He did it to prove to his wife it was safe for the baby to ride in.
edit:corrected numbers.
I will say that Alex Flores tuned a 2020 F150 for E85 and claims to make it shift at 7500. In the video he said the motor pulls to there, so I would guess the intake is capable of breathing up high. I’ll see if I can dig the video up.
If you have a 15-17, couldn’t you change the ipc to the “18+” range? I’m just spit balling idk if that would make a difference or what year car you have.
All week last week in Florida my car started perfect. Seems like a tune issue. If it’s possible to data log, log it and send it to your tuner.
edit: I run PBD E85 tune
SR performance lowering springs on struts for the fronts. Springs had 4500 miles, struts have 5700 miles. I pulled them from my 2020 GT to get lower. 200 plus shipping, 33809 is the zip code so that you can get a quote for shipping.
