well finally after working 3, 4 hour days finally finished my kooks install. Whole body sore, arms looking like an abuse victim and scratched up hands, but it was all worth it. And thanks to the wife for tightening those last 3 bolts i couldnt fit my big arm/hands. The headers them selfs looked of great quality and fit was right on. On the flanges it even said coyote which i thought was pretty cool. just waiting for that corsa to hear it all together.
For more of a real sound hear thru earphones. kooks headers only

I installed my Kooks a few weeks ago and I was very sore as well lol. Hands and arms scratched and bruised. Back had concrete rash until started using a tarp to lay on. It took me a solid 15 hours to install. But, like you said it was all worth it. Your setup should be EXTREMELY loud. I have the Kooks 1-7/8" LT with high flow cats and the FR by Borla Sport and it screams. I've read that the Corsa catback is louder to begin with. Can't wait to here some sounds clips.

With how much of a bitch it is to install headers on these cars I'd rather throw on a blower. Yikes.

Please tell me, do you have drone with this setup? I already have the same cat back and have a Whipple being installed and want long tubes with cats I just don't want drone again. It made my last car not fun on long trips.

Thanks,
Jaime

Not much at all since I added the LT's. I did notice the other day at around 2200-2300 RPM'S there is a little. Not much at all though. I did like the way the FR by Borla Sport Catback sounded by itself below 2500-3000 RPM's. With the added LT'S and high flow cats, it's actually quitter below that RPM. But very loud when you hit that 3k RPM range. I love it. I'm sure my neighbors love the cold cranks too!

there is actually more space between the lines with the kooks, than the stock manifolds.
