Today I installed an OEM S197 3.7L V6 engine cover that was included with the Performance Package in the past. It was purchased on eBay from this seller for $135 shipped. I really wasn't sure how well it would fit but figured the engine is basically the same so it would be worth trying. That being said, after a few alterations, it fits (although not perfectly) and really improves the under hood appearance.

After:
I had some issues with it fitting originally due to the redesign of the intake manifold / placement of tubes / removal of holes to mount grommets as seen in this comparison (S550 left and S197 right):
Overall, I'd say it was totally worth it and gives the Cyclone the respect it deserves

- fits under the hood when closed
- constructed out of foam
- was easy to modify with sharp scissors
- has an extension for the oil cap
- although the mounting points (using grommets) have no place on the redesigned engine it still sits alright

That actually loois pretty damn good! I was also considering this cover but was not sure if it would fit with the redesigned upper intake. I'm curious though, if the engine no longer has the mounting points how is the cover secured???
