Engine cover for S550 V6?

Guys,

I am about to order engine cover for my v6 stang. When browsing online came across this cover for S197.

Will S197 engine cover fit over S550 V6 engine ? Need your suggestions !!

As much as I know, you will have to do slight modification to get it fit properly. Here is the link to eBay seller. If you gonna cut to get it fit might as well save few bucks...

Hmm.. that's a concern as I am not sure how well it goes with my CAI !! :shrug:

I don't think CAI will affect placement, I assume clips on engine cover is not lining up properly.. But I might be wrong. I've updated my original post with link to eBay seller.

I meant to say I've updated my original post (#2) in this thread with ebay link to cheaper priced engine cover.
