Well finally got the car done and back out. Lot of delays do to work and personal issues. Was looking to max out my P1SC-1...not sure if I did or not. I was running the 3.4" pulley on the 6 rib setup. Talked with PC and let them know I was switching to the 8 rib stage 2 and wanted to push the P1 as far as I could. They recommended the 3.85" pulley on the stage two which would spin it close to its max rpm.
Went out yesterday and hit it hard a few times plus a datalog. Butt-o-meter says the car is slower, noticeable difference. Log comparison below.
Big difference was the weather. Last log Lund said was great on the HO was back in late April and the outside air temp was 55-60f. Yesterday when I was out the outside temp was 95 - 98f. The torque source on the logs were 0's all the way so that wasn't holding anything back.
In the comparison logs below the ones that have a difference are: MAF_in before it maxes out, LOAD, and MAF Hz. Are these related to the outside air temp or is something else going on? I also noticed a smell of raw fuel although I found no leaks. One other thing I spotted....obviously there is a ton of info in the complete logs, I took out what I felt was key info but on the new log it was obvious that the car was taking longer to rev to its points. Meaning like between 6k - 7k on the stage two log there were 41-43 data points where on the HO there were like 35 - 37. It was this way through the entire log and you could feel the car struggle. Curious on thoughts. Thanks

Also outside air temp does affect maf!!!The difference in air temp made it were u hardly gained any boost from your pulley swap,95 degrees out is hott.

I'd say weather/temperature. Did you have Lund look over your current log? Any input from them?

You're barely pulling any more boost than before. 11.1 vs 10.8. Temp will have some affect on this but I'm surprised it still isnt higher. Any reason for not revving it out higher?

Sent one in but no reply on it yet. Going to log again at 7500. Ran it tonight and it was 78f outside ....felt like its old self.

So i did another log and it wasn't much different from the first. Guessing my belt is slipping. Boost hit 10.9 psi at 6500 and danced all round (9.1 - 10.5) between 6550 and 7050. Hit a log high of 11.9 at 7220 and was all over between 10.1 and 11.5 to 7600 rpm where I shut it down...either that or the pro-flow. Something is stopping it from building boost. I am running a gates black belt. Is this green belt I hear about the best one to run? Part# for it if it is? Thanks.

skip the green belt and get the RPM belt.

I have never heard of a person having a belt slip issue on a STG2 kit.
Frankly diablomatt has totally tapped out a P1SC1, and could weight in.

Make sure something silly like a coupler isn't loose, as crazy as that sounds.
But ya, belt slip usually doesn't go up and down. It usually comes up, and lets go, and falls.

Make sure the linkage on the proflow isn't hitting the bumper. (I have personally accidentally did that myself) Where the arm couldn't move properly cause it was hitting the bumper support.

I hit 10.5-11 at around that RPM. Being that you have almost a full inch smaller pulley I would start with a good belt, if that doesn’t fix it change the BOV if it’s the proflo.

All of the above is my thought.
A bit confusing to me on where the tensioner should be at. Here is a pic of where mine is currently at. Where should it be?

In my opinion, the best bet is to ignore the marks on the tensioner and to just go by feel. Tighten it so that you can grab and just about twist the belt 90 degrees.

Didnt procharger instructions say to line up the two marks as the starting point?

I lined them up intially, then after a few hundred miles had to give it another few turns. I am slightly past it a little now. Will check when i get home.
