It's also a good idea to have an unaltered stock unit that you can slap back in if you need to take the car in for any warranty work on the engine, as I could easily see a dealer denying a warranty claim on the engine based on the fact that you were running with an altered PCV valve.

Ok update...had CEL come on it's P04DB which is crank case ventilation disconnected, since it isn't venting as much at the valve cover the sensor isn't reading enough vent pressure, it's triggering the code. I had the same thing happen when I went from the electric BOV to the mechanical BOV, I know when you order a stock replacement BOV from turbo smart they provide a resistor so the light won't come on. I'm in the works to figure out how to keep the light from coming on but till then you can either reset it if you have Cobb AP or have your tuner turn it off. There's nothing wrong it's just throwing that code due to the pcv being modified, if I'm correct the focus ST doesn't have that sensor at the valve cover...anyhow the light doesn't affect anything performance wise or any affect driving the car

I had that same code when I did the K&N intake and Turbosmart valve last week. I installed the resistor as indicated, and I still got the code. I noticed the fittings on my Mishimoto catch can had loosened up, so I chalked it up to a slight leak being there.

Good to know I am not the only one.

I have the turbo smart bov and was thinking that when i was installing the T at the side of the manifold, that it didn't seem to go into place. It appeared as if it was just too large. I'm going to recheck this.

Hey Guys I got this in today.. the day after trading my car.
If someone wants it just pay $15 for shipping and it's yours
I don't want to take my whole assembly off mine if I modify it so would you do us a favor and take a picture of how the PCV unclips so you can pull it out?
