As I said, if one of my neighbours had that exhaust and was coming and going at unsociable hours I would be having words.

Out on the road though.....:love::headbang::love::headbang:

See, exhaust noises are one thing, but when my Neighbor boots his M4 up and sits there revving on his driveway to warm it up, think we can piss off the whole cul de sack by having a little rev match at 7:30AM!

Haven't got any of my car but just for reference, it was this video that made my decision for me. :D

This is the video that made me choose the FRPP Borla exhaust :)

Sounds too loud, for my neighbors at 530am :))
Only right up at the top of the rev range. You can see he's pushing nearly 6000rpm when its at its loudest. A good catback wont drone or wake the dead when you're just doddering about.

Yep, Im all for modifying cars and changing exhausts etc but can we please not turn the Mustang into the the new Nova of the motoring world with ridiculously loud cheap exhaust mods!!

Steeda pedals all installed. :)

As suspected, although I bought the "race only" pedals with the heel and toe extension on the throttle pedal, it's not so much the distance between brake and throttle that's the issue as the height difference, with the throttle pedal being a good 1"/1.5" lower than the brake.

Sure, if you're REALLY pushing those brakes hard then they're close enough to heel and toe, but I wanted to be able to do it when not going for it, so going to need to source a couple of spacers to raise the height of the throttle pedal.

As you can see from this next pic, I also had to drill an extra hole in the Steeda pedal as there was no way I was going to get a nut on the back of the bolt using the factory hole at the top, or be able to drill a hole inline with that at the bottom due to the location of the arm behind it. So I had to move the pedal over slightly and drill an extra hole in both the Steeda pedal and the factory pedal. The clutch pedal used the factory hole fine and only required a single hole to be drilled at the bottom.

Guess that's the price of buying bits for a LHD car to fit to the RHD version. ;)
David@Steeda thought this might be of interest to you.

Took it for it's second wash today having done 1200 miles.

Whilst it was nice and clean and in the (relative) warmth, stuck the black emblems on:

It's amazing the difference such a cheap, simple mod can make to the look of a car. The impact IRL is much more than the pics suggest.

Then, 'cos I know there's a lot of hate for personalised plates on here, I finally put mine on :D :

Stripes going on tomorrow! :)

Damn you for fitting that deck lid.

I've been deluding myself into thinking that the faux-gas-cap looks just as good, but this comes crashing down when seeing the US version fitted.
