So lately I've been entertaining the idea of trading in my lightning blue 2017 gt/cs stick for a 2018+ a10. That tranny seems so slick.
My main reasons are:
Its so much quicker
Live in montreal, traffic sucks
Wife could drive stick if she had to but not with confidence, she wont even drive...
What is all this talk of unplugging nannies on the 300a (non premium right?) and sport/sport+/track/ drag modes? Anyone care to educate me a bit on the a10/trims?
Over on the 2018 intake thread a guy posted up that switching to the GT350 over his ported '18 netted positive results and he had data to back it up (not dyno, real world testing), even though all the dyno comparisons point to the ported '18 being just as good or better than the gt350. That...
What really? How is the GT350 different from the MMD V? I thought it would be the same deal. The spoiler doesn't bolt to all the existing holes from the CS spoiler but at least it would sit over top of them and I just have to plug them
That sounds like a large improvement!
What were the mods with the ported '18? Any other changes after adding the non ported GT350? I'm only inquiring because from I have seen the ported '18 is superior to the GT350 at all rpm ranges (I've only seen non ported GT350s). If the gt350 is that much...
Hi I was hoping to find a good dealership to start taking my car to. I haven't taken my car in yet for anything and it will be time soon. I have barely found trust worthy garages let alone one I would leave my 5.0 at with future problems.
I'm also considering trading up maybe so I am also...
Well my knees aren't old yet and after driving my car today and ripping around I would be mighty stupid to sell my car/take a loss just for an a10 (and no e85 here, just 91). I have no complaints about the MT-82 also
Not in the cards. The roads here are shit and I can barely open up a stock GT...
These kind of threads are what make me want to give up my '17 GT stick. My Gt needs full bolt-ons and a tune just to have a chance vs a tuned (non e85 as don't have that here) 18+ A10. But at the same time I like shifting and think autos are for those that don't know how to drive (Yes I'm aware...
You mean the closed proflow right? What are your IAT's like in stop and go traffic? Did you have another CAI on there before hand to see the dyno difference?
