just a note on installing this. the ac condenser line fits in between the trans lines and the radiator. this means you have to position the trans lines first, then drop the cooler in and connect it to the lines in vivo. see pic. otherwise you will not be able to fit the lower ac condenser tab...

put some motorkote in the car yesterday. averaged 30.6 mpg over 60 miles of highway driving. before it was around 28. cht remained the same. cant recommend it yet as it supposedly has chlorine in it and im not sure it wont nuke my engine, but im pretty sure it increases fuel economy.

if cht was the only problem i suspect a larger radiator + a high output water pump like the one here would help. strangely i didnt see any references to changing water pump in my perusals of cooling thread...

wrapped exhaust near diff and added bg ultraguard ls 75w90 to diff. i had this idea that if i added 4 oz of motorcraft friction modifier it might help diff temps more. has anyone tried this/opinions?

most people say the one with rubber grommet is the trailing pin and should go on the top position on our cars. however, i just took mine apart and the one with the grommet was on bottom. so im not sure. i dont always trust the ford factory to install things properly.
