  1. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Have you tried a Kam reset? It's absolutely needed if you have ever switched to flex fuel or switched back from flex fuel. I don't know much about it but not doing it will mess up your air fuel trims. I also noticed someone said your lambda is .75 isn't that low for gas? Correct me if I'm wrong...
  2. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Yeah I heard yours and thought that was pretty loud for helical gears.
  3. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

I can post one tomorrow although I think there is a video up of someone else already. My suggestion is definitely do it if you want people to know it's modified. It's a nice whine. Not loud but audible with the car running at idle or puttering around. You cant really hear it beyond 2k rpm.
  4. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

For anyone wondering how a 305 would look on the pp1 wheels. I have your answer and it's pretty good
  5. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

What pid are you measuring? Fuel lift pump pressure?

https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/can-you-run-e85-on-low-boost-without-fuel-system.145515/ You can do it but the catch is finding the tuner.

Oh no I wasn't saying he could do e85 on lu47 and bap. I was saying he'll need a minimum of lu47 and bap for 91 or 93 on the 120 mm pulley
  8. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

You'll need lu47 injectors and bap
  9. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Hmm, hard to know whats fuel quality related and if theres something else going on since you're having that lean code. Do all your logs show good fuel pressure on the hi and low side?
  10. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Just adding 1 gallon of e85 would not change how your car is demanding or delivering fuel unless you tune it to do so. If you have a gas tune and not a flex tune then your AFR target will stay the same but now you will have slightly better octane and knock resistance. It's not that E85 is more...
  11. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Normal gas is e10 with a stoich afr of 14.06. Mixing in 1 gallon of E85 only drops the afr to 13.8. You would not need a retune for this low of ethanol content. The only drawback is you arent maximizing power.
  12. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Maybe try adding in 1 gallon of e85. That is way cheaper and more convenient than octanium.
  13. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

When you do your runs how are you logging them? Are you turning traction off? For me I've seen as low as 6 degrees because the ecu is pulling time because the car has no traction. When I turn traction off the car basically skates on ice lol buy I see the max timing. But I guess if you are seeing...
  14. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Do you just T into the bov line for boost reference so the system triggers when it sees boost right?
  15. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

If you want to look into my tuner it's Rhett at black market racing. I know HE does remote tuning 480-382-1696
  16. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Correct me if I'm wrong but you're referring to G3 as gen 3 right? Not to be confused with the G3 ess headunit. If that's the case then from what I've seen no tuner will tune you on boost on e85 with just injectors and a boost a pump. Yes you can run e85 with a BAP on stock injectors with a tune...
  17. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

If you have access to e54 or you blend e85 with pump that would solve your problem. Unless you can't get a tuner to sign on.
  18. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

Sure, I get that. If I had extra money to throw at the car I would do the same thing. The thing that I really like about this build is how cost effective it is... for now.... until they remove the wholesale discount.
  19. ESS Centrifugal Mustang Superchargers

You can get to it from up top. That's how I do it. You take off the plastic cover on top of the radiator then remove the driver side support piece that's on top of the radiator and then you have plenty of room to pull it up from the top.
