My car stalled right after a cold start this morning.
First time this has happened. It cranked up fine the second time but when I got to work I tried again and stalled again. Now I have to give some throttle for the engine not to stall. I filled the tank with e85 yesterday.
I have been...
Right now I running a local shop made H-pipe with Bassani axleback.
I want to get Long tube headers but I want catted long tube headers.
Are catted LTHs quiter than catless?
Do I have to worried about check engine light with catted LTHs?
What are the best catted LTHs on the market?
I'm...
First I noticed water coming by the glove box. Then I noticed water coming in by the third brake light. I bought a brand new brake light and fixed the issue.
After months of going to two dealers and decided to fix the water leak by the glove box myself. I put silicone sealant in the top right...
A guy near me wrecked his 2019 5.0 and he is parting out the whole car. What do I need to take his 8 inch screen and putting in my base 2017 5.0? Do I need additional parts?
He is selling the screen for $800. Is that a good deal?
Hi guys.
I have a 2017 GT PP and right now I’m running BMR lowering springs wish has only moderate drops(I think 1/2 inch in the rear) with 20 inch wheels.
I’m planning to go to 19 inch wheels in the future and I want to close the wheel gap that the 19 inch wheels will create.
I was thinking...
6 speed 2017 GT PP
20 inch Velgen Classic 5 wheels
295x35x20 Kumho tires
BMR lowering springs
H pipe
Bassani axle back
Lund e85r tune
For context. The best I could do on the stock tune with 93 gas was this
I was driving on my flex tune last week until yesterday when I filled my tank again and the nGauge read 90% ethanol(was reading 72% before). I did a WOT log and sent to Lund last night and this mornings I received a reply that everything was good. Should I wait to go to the strip or go today? Thanks
So I fueled my car with e85 for the first time to datalog my Lund Flex Tune about two days ago and the nGauge was reading 71%.
I was told by Alex to get at least 75% to datalog my e85r tune.
Since my tank was half empty I assumed that filling with e85 again would put me above 75% and of now the...
I’m planning of running 93 on the flex tune during the weekdays(daily driver) and then on weekends with the tank empty, fill it up with e85 and after having all the correct readings, switch to the dedicated e85 tune. Is this an ok practice? Thanks
Hey guys. I bought a used Lund nGauge and went ahead and ordered a vent mount clip from Lund Racing but I didn’t know that there suppose to be a thing that clips in the back of the device to attach the mount and mine didn’t come with that. Where I can get one?
I don’t know if this common knowledge but I guess the new pipes will make the the car sound wayyyyyy louder for the first few days before they settle in.
When I put shorty headers, X pipe and mufflers delete on my V6 the car sounded louder on the first few days until the loudness came down a...
I just deleted my resonator with a H-pipe on my 2017 GT. The car also has Bassani axle backs which is basically a mufflers delete.
The car sounds awesome but at WOT it screams like a T-Rex.
The is no way in hell I’m taking the resonators off now.
Who else in here daily drive loud Mustangs?
I know for a fact it has
3.73 Torsen Diff
Brembo 6 piston front brakes
Bigger radiator
K member
Bigger rear Sway bar
Strut tower brace
Two gauges in the dash
I hear it also has but can’t confirm
Different suspension tuning
Stiffer front springs
Different ABS and traction control tuning
No...
So I traded my 2017 V6 with 3.55 gears for a 2017 GT PP with 3.73s. Both 6speed.
Because my mind still thinking about the 3.55s I have hit the limiter doing second gear pulls with my new GT.
Thankfully didn’t break anything but I need to be careful. Does the Lund tune raise the limiter? I know...
Hi guys. I have a couple of questions.
My new 2017 GT is the Performance pack
-It has the Brembos up front
-It has the strut bar
-It has the oil pressure and the vacuum gauges
-It does not have recaro seats.
My question is, does all 2017 PP come with 3.73 diff? Because my V6 with 3.55 at...
I’m looking for 295x35x20 tires for daily driving and the occasional test and tune night.
My current tires are Falken Azenis fk150 that are pretty bald. Those tires lasted me about 2 year/about 25k miles which I’m very disappointed tbh. My car is lowered and has some camber which that might be...
I dropped my 2017 Mustang V6 because a metallic noise was coming from rear driver side.
I received a message stating that a spline of one of the nuts in the half shaft was loose and total repair was 249 because it won’t be under warranty.
My car is being repaired at the moment(I’m at work) but...
