Lund Flex Fule tune question

I’m planning of running 93 on the flex tune during the weekdays(daily driver) and then on weekends with the tank empty, fill it up with e85 and after having all the correct readings, switch to the dedicated e85 tune. Is this an ok practice? Thanks
