This is my wife’s car. Almost 54k miles. Second owner since 12k miles. Brand new 10R80 transmission installed by Ford 3700 miles ago. Digital dash, active exhaust, non PP1. H pipe. JLT oil separator on passenger side, 3:15 differential. All tires are good tread. Well maintained. 20 inch factory...
2019 Mustang GT running LUND tune with headers on E85. Been running this for several years and 25k miles with no problems until last week. Had Ford put in new MT-82 and then codes started within a few hundred miles. Not sure if they are related. Car runs strong but throws P0300 code...
I just had my MT-82 replaced and ordered OEM clutch parts to be replaced while Ford dealership was in there. I didn’t order a flywheel but ordered a pilot bearing. Ford couldn’t get it out and tore up the bearing. They replaced the flywheel on their dime. They said their PDS or PFS computer...
My 2019 Mustang GT with 40k miles won’t downshift into 5th without grinding horribly. Local Ford dealer said it’s under warranty and they will just put in a new MT-82. They do not repair. I would like to go ahead and replace the clutch while he’s in there and pay the installer some cash to do...
My wife’s 18 GT vert with 49k miles and well maintained just lost the transmission. Luckily, she was driving only 35 when the rear tires locked and then she applied gas and it did nothing. So she applied more. Then the car shot off, tires spinning, as it tried to do a donut. She calmed herself...
Anyone encounter their fuel lid open without ever doing anything that would make it open? It happens all of the time. Any ideas on what might be the cause and how to repair?
Thanks.
It has been said that a ported intake doesn’t do much if anything on a stock 5.0. Are there any proven or felt gains if I already have an air intake, headers, and tune? Would my mods make the ported intake a worthwhile addition? I have a 2019 GT.
Has anyone had any experience sitting a child on the closed convertible top? The child would be 8th grader about 120 pounds for a parade. Friend wants to use my mustang but I’m a little nervous about damaging top.
Thanks.
Has anyone done the OPG and crank shaft sprocket on a Gen 3 engine?
I’ve watched videos of the process on 15-17. I’ve read and been told the oil pan on 2018+ has to be removed.
Can anyone confirm this? Will I need to lift the engine upward to lower the pan low enough? Any tips on the whole...

Has anyone ported the stock 5.0 heads on a gen 3 motor? I’m wondering what the pros and cons would be. Maybe some torque loss down low and higher rpm hp gains.
I’ve got a Lund tune and headers. If gains are good it might be an option along with ported intake manifold.
Looking to get a ported throttle body and intake manifold. However, Lund doesn’t recommend it or want to tune it. Air Flow Solutions recommended Trevor at Tricky Performance. They tune for TB and IM. May get rid of my NGauge and Lund tunes and start over.
Anyone used a tuner for IM and TB or...

I’ve got some satin charcoal rims that I would like to shine a little brighter. Are there any products or methods to make them more glossy or brighter, less dark?
