How does removing rear seats affect the sound etc.? I have the upgraded stereo.

I removed the rear seat and fitted a deleted seat kit from EMP and fitted a dog seat cover and then a dog bed that covers the whole back. I noticed the road noise, diff noise suspension noise. It's so noisy I had everything checked out in case something was wrong but it's just noise.
Yes my Labrador travel's in style.

YOOOO I got the same kit just for my dog as well! I have a Great Pyr, and the bucket seats in the rear seem uncomfortable for her, even though she likes to curl up into just a single seat, hahaha!

Yes it's louder. Only gets louder if you have swapped out any of the bushings for sphericals.

Also, if buying a delete kit, get a higher quality one. The steeda one and that similar style are functional, just looks lazy. Any of the flat ones in general look lazy. I bought carpet with no sound deadening, and it looks better, but it stops exactly zero sound. Which is fine because race car. But if I had to daily it, I would go another route, like the factory delete.

Weight wise, you save maybe 10 lbs from the seat, but another 10-15 or so from removing the seatbelts and mounts. I'd have to go back to my spreadsheet and figure it out. I'm pretty certain the weights of various components are posted on this site.
