I installed my WOODEN SHIFT KNOB!! I spent 3 years messaging any and every company that made knobs and nobody would take on the challenge. I had one failed prototype with a company and then out of nowhere I found

he originally didn't do them but then just decided to save the day! I think it turned out really nice.

Took mine out and played with it. Non-points event with the local SCCA meant low turnout. Plenty of runs to shake off the rust and learn a completely new car. Haven't autocrossed in 5 years. Haven't tried to be competitive in 15. Was pretty not bad in 2002-2003 with an S2000.

Mach 1 is a completely different animal than I'm used to, but fun as hell.

I finally got around to installing the Steeda Competition FSB/RSB and Dual Rate Magneride Springs.

Tip if you decide to do this: do the FSB while the passenger side strut assembly is out. Makes the job 1000000% easier.....like I never had to drop an F bomb and had the stock out and the new one in in about 30 minutes.

Next track day for this car isn't until end of July, so plenty of time to test it on the streets.

I haven't had a chance to take it on the street yet. We had a mini-monsoon in OKC yesterday morning. I will definitely update after my next track weekend.

Gotta love Volisity Blue, I noticed you're wheel color change I had the GT350 wheels on (black looks good) til I bought new HP wheels . The shade of blue goes back with me to 1976 ,my 1968 Camaro SS ,Le Mans Blue I sold in 2012 , they are both very close . Summer is our Winter for 3 months parked in the Man cave .

Was out on a 2 lane 35 MPH Rd. following a couple other cars and minding my own business when this old beater Nissan Altima with some young guy and his girlfriend came zooming right up on my ass. The two cars in front of me turned, but I didn’t do anything crazy and rolled up to a stoplight. All at once, I hear the guy yelling and look in the Sideview mirror and turns out he has his camera out and is yelling rev that thing lol! So I gave him a blast and he gave me a thumbs up. Little stuff like that happens all the time, really aren’t any other Machs around here in the semi-country.
