Looking through pics of my track day yesterday, I saw this and was a bit shocked. Despite the massive size, I had zero issues passing the C6 and I was lapping the same time as my friend in the 911. 95 degrees with 75% humidity and the car had zero issues with heat. I did, however, have a misfire in cylinder 3 on the last session of the day, so I need to do some digging.

I am trying to find time to install the Steeda Competition RSB/FSB and dual rate springs to hopefully help w/body roll. But otherwise, this car is a blast to track.

@SBR70.3 : You will love those springs. I run them on my S650, the Magnaride version.

Wow! That really puts it into perspective. And the mach was the furthest away too! Ha ha

No wonder in the UK we can struggle with our tight roads.

Plenty of track days left this year. Come on out to play!
I would love to. The blower and 10 speed wouldn't like it. LOL

I used to spend a LOT of time there on sport bikes. Back then Connie and Scott ran it, now I hear that Connie retired and Scott and his wife run it. That was one of my favorite things about Hallett was the family atmosphere!

Scott is doing some amazing things with the track. One thing that was confirmed by him yesterday was a night time event. Seriously....night time racing! I told him to go ahead and take my money. Also, they hired a new social media guy who is awesome. He did a promo of my car and I took him for a ride in the 2nd session. He is going to post a vid to the new TY page.

It's a fun tight technical track with some fun elevation!
I ran a few laps of the track on Saturday night. Holy hell the elevation is deceiving! Especially exiting T2 going CW. Now I know why the miata guys struggle there.

funny how quickly I recognized that track, after not going out for the last couple years.

Im confused on where your car is in this picture? I see a Corvette in the front, a Porsche second and either a van or station wagon behind the Porsche. The last car looks like it ate a Miata.

In all honestly , yeah our cars look like damn boats. That perspective really is crazy.
