Hate to just be concerned with aesthetics, but looking to see if there are other rear options. Went to a thin 5 spoke wheel that really shows the rear calipers. Not really complaining about performance. Caliper covers seem way too fake for me to consider.

Something I tried just for the fun of it. Ebay calipers covers, a dremal for cutting sand paper to fine tuning, paint for color of choice, and not shown, a "brembo" decal.

All depends on the price you want to pay.

On the cheap, you can paint the stock ones, throw a brembo sticker on there and clear coat it.

Anyone offer paint that matches the fronts? A bit of a unique paint. Sort of a matte gunmetal grey.

I modified a set of gt350 calipers to fit the stock PP rear brakes. For the e brake I’m going with a mechanical e brake set up.
How did you fit those?

I had the caliper legs trimmed down about 1", re-taped and retreaded so they could fit the smaller rear GT rotors, the stock banjo bolts and brake lines bolt right up to the GT 350 calipers without any modifications.
The GT 350 uses an internal parking brake set up, so for a parking brake I ordered the willwood MC4 mechanical calipers with brackets, I am sure I will need to modify the kit to fit but I don't really see a problem in making it work.
I am waiting on the MC4 calipers to arrive, i'll post some pics and feedback once they are mounted.

This is the mechanical parking brake I ordered

I'm super curious about this. Do you think you can fit 17s on the with this?
17" may work but you would need an aggressive offset to clear the outside of the caliper, I am using 19" rim with a 50mm offset and it just clears the caliper by about 3mm.

For those worried about brake bias and abs malfunctions don't, I used this set up at my last track day and it performed awesome with no issues at all.
On the street the car behaves the exact same with a little more braking force but I always thought the stock PP braking is good enough for the street anyway.

Awesome info. Any close ups of what was done to the rotor?

I will take more pictures and do a proper write up on this once my parking brakes arrive.
Appreciate you. Definitely something I want to in the future, mainly for looks haha. Most of the 17s I'm looking to run either have 43mm or 48mm offsets. i could run a small spacer to correct the clear.
