They did mine. They said I was the 2nd one they did. Seems fine so far. No dealer installed scratches.
I checked the oil while there and it was just a sliver over the minimum mark and the service writer said, "exactly where it needs to be". I didn't understand being so cheap on the oil, but...
They could have run the program the way Dodge did with the first Hellcats.
There was an initial allocation. Subsequent allocations were handed out based on the how long the initial run sat on the showroom floor. At least there is an incentive to move the cars quickly.
Let us know how it works when you get a chance. I've got a pickup and may opt for the 7000 lift even though there is plenty of room to crawl around under there.
Do you think the Quick Jack will work on the GT350?
The Quick Jack site indicates it won't be able to lift the car if it's too low and doesn't have enough leverage to get started lifting.
Had anybody tried on the GT350?
Dumb question, would the recall fix include an oil change?
Is anybody worried that a dealer tech fixed line could be more prone to issues than one off the assembly line?
Finally got around to my order and my code from late-July code give me the message "The entered code cannot be applied because it does not meet the requirements".
Are there requirements or is it just old?
Thanks in advance,
Don
Great story and great pics.
You'll cherish those memories forever.
It's always better to avoid a bad marriage than extract yourself from one. Trust me.
Fab car!
Great info, thanks! I did an oil change at 700ish miles. I'll do another at 50% oil life and then have a sample analyzed at the 3rd change (which would be when the OLM suggests the first change).
