Is this car being sold auction style and if not why not just post your firm selling price so we all know what your dealership wants for the car otherwise we are all just bidding against our fellow forum members and that don't make any sense?

I can't decide if it is stupid of ballzy to advertise a car for over MSRP on this site with all the past discussion of what most of us think about the practice. I get it...we are in a capitalist society and I am glad for that. More power to him if he can get over MSRP. The dealer that will be delivering mine had never dealt with me before. They are located 35 minutes form my house. They offered me their allocation that I could order to my specs (June 4th) at MSRP with no questions asked. Guess who I will be buying a 2016 Explorer for my wife from! I thought I had an MSRP deal in place over 13 months ago from another local dealer when the GT350 was still a mystery. They decided we needed to "talk about the price" a day before ordering opened up. Guess who won't be getting any of my future business.
