C6 z06 vs gt350

Side note: I *love* the C6 Z06, I still content the C6 is better looking, and carries more Corvette design vs. the C7 (with it's disastrous rear end ...), and the LS7 is pretty glorious.

I've seen low mileage (< 20K) 2008-10 cars with the revised transmission (among other things), in the very low 40s, high 30s.

Be happy that you only lost by a car. Should of lost by quite a bit more in my opinion. Stock c6 z06 are typically 124-125mph trap cars.

I agree. I have seen traps a few mph higher though. Usually 125-128 in my experience. Fastest ive heard of is 130 but i believe that was in negative Da

Yes.. weight difference. C6Z is a much faster car than the GT350 on the dragstrip, highway, and road course.

Strictly a matter of opinion. I think the C6 Z06 is the best looking Vette of all time. Much more aesthetically pleasing than the current C7.

C7 looks good but the overheating fiasco on the Z06 oil and power steering is a huge black eye to that car

I personally found the C6 Grand Sport cars to be very attractive and still fresh looking today

If the s550 was not my DD i would have gone with a c6zo6! I paid 4g more to my s550 compared to this low miles 2008 c6zo6! A friend of mine has one and it is a scary beast! 1st gear pull all the way pass to 60 mph!

People are clearing over 1k WHP on direct injection with the LT1/LT4 motors.
