Indeed! I think the average over the last 12 months has been just about 10k/month or pretty damn close to it.Wow! That is a lot of Mustangs being sold. Reinforces that those of us hanging out on Mustang forums and ordering are in a very small minority of Mustang buyers.
With this many Mustangs being sold, it should be a buyer's market for used ones in 2-3 years. That will be nice because, assuming they hold up well, I'll pick up a used one as a gift for my son.
Money channel reported car sales are the best ever outside of 2001.This is impressive and even more so in a slowing economy that has gone nowhere in the past 8 years.
Got any numbers on how those (other guys) did?10,096![]()
Same thing I was thinking for my son. 1st was a Focus, but if the 15/16 V6 Mustangs are at a good price and in good condition, he would be ecstatic. If the 2015's are out there for a decent price, I would buy him a V6 model in a heartbeat. He would be sooooooooooo happy as he loves my GTPP. He loves the Focus too. Both would be great first cars for him.
Both in the 5,000's. Challenger beat Camaro again.Got any numbers on how those (other guys) did?
So you're saying they were "gone in 30 seconds"? Not 60 seconds? :doh:Considering the sold out orders in 30 seconds, a ton. But no exact #.![]()
The 30 seconds thing only applied to the 500 'first' up for reservation. Note that these people did not actually buy their car yet, as the retail price at that point was unknown. In the 90 minutes of the game there were 1900 interested people. So you're saying they were "gone in 30 seconds"? Not 60 seconds?
Yeah THAT was amazing... blew my mind!Considering the sold out orders in 30 seconds, a ton. But no exact #.![]()
Yes I've been watching those numbers and it's Great to see the Mustang be the leader of the pack.:ford:Nice to see the Mustang take the lead in Deliveries Since 2009.
