So this happened last week, and I've been dealing with insurance and what not.
All damage was cosmetic and no bent frame just angry it happened but then kinda happy it did.

Prius turned on a red light and i had to slide to avoid a front on collision.
:mad::frusty::brokenheart:

No airbags deployed but im impressed at how well the mustang took the hit.

But now my v6 will have the GT Hood, grills and a black roof. Since I'm adding to the cost of repairs. Shell be breathing better soon enough.

just another reason on a long list of reasons to hate a prius and 99% of the time, their owners. Was probably texting on their phone too i bet.

That sucks man, at least you are OK. I'm with you on Prius drivers, they are all ignorant fools and have no idea what us happening around them. Unfortunately, case in point right here.

They are usually found doing 65 in the left lane, eyes glued to their phone. At night you can see the texters easily with that whiteish glow from the phone on their faces.

So sorry to see that happen to you. Prius drivers can be a dangerous breed.

I actually had a Prius slowly merge into my lane without signaling a few days ago. Had to honk and swerve into the lane next to me to avoid him. Fortunately he seemed to immediately go back to his original lane and turned off somewhere, hopefully to stop somewhere and cry in shame.

What about people like me who drive both a Prius and a GT ? :)

Bad drivers come in every age, category and vehicle. I've seen shitty drivers in minivans with kids, in sports cars without kids, teens, old people, douches with BMWs, beat up shitty cars, vans, you name it. Also true of considerate drivers...see 'em in BMW, Porsches, beat up pickups, electric vehicles, and even men in their 20s in those damn muscle cars...

One thing we can all agree on, don't use your phone when you drive please (see that all the time around here and it always pisses me off).

and sorry about your car, that definitely sucks

Some cars do tend to attract more bad drivers than others in my opnion. Prius drivers tend to be one of those. They are either Driving extremely slow in the left lane and refuse to move over or they are doing 90 swerving in and out of traffic.

The Prius, in my experience, tends to attract the same people that are drawn to Apple computers: those who want to invest a minimum of effort into knowing how the stuff they have actually works, and not really interested in what it can actually do ;) Funny, the day I came home from the dealer with my new 'stang, I ended up having a chat in the grocery store parking lot with a guy who had a new red Prius (still had its dealer tags). I spent less on my ride than he did :cheers: He was, of course, drooling over my ride, and was turned off the second he found out that I had a manual transmission ;)

As I read your post on my Macbook Pro, waiting for my 16 GT to get here so I can get her blown. Her name is Heather, by the way.
