Are you guys with the Lateworks knobs burning your hands on the knobs when left in the heat?

I don't think Id believe anyone that says they aren't with a solid metal knob with no coating. Just keep an oven mit or glove in the car.

I'd be down but it would be hard to make anything besides delrin/acrylic without a huge investment lol.

Id be interested if you could make a heavy delrin. Like boombas but near 500g. I like theirs but the more I think about it, its too light (220g) for me. Also if they would be offered in some basic colors. Like black or white etc

any delrin knob weighing 500 g or even close to it is going to need a stainless core, which puts you at the same problem of needing expensive lathes
