i have roush ab with x... daily driver.. only loud when you stomp on it or get above 3 grand... then the glorious demonic roar of american muscle makes me forget about everything else in the world..
CJ pony Res-delete X-pipe to ROUSH Axle-backs.... 'nuff said.. check some of my other posts for sime vids or pm me.. total cost me 600.. nothing but raving compliments everyday and several people at C&C last week couldn't believe the only thing I've done to my pony is this catback setup..
Roush knob in and have been driving for two days. I have to say the knob is absolutely amazing. Idk why lighter knobs get a bad rap, or if the Roush just has some magic dust in it, but my shifts have changed drastically, for the better! The shifts a smooth and crisp. Any notchiness I had...
I was literally swapping back and forth between browser pages last night on whether to get this or the Roush White Ball. I ultimately decided on the White glossy knob over the 350 knob, too much nostalgia.. How do you like the 350 so far ? Weight, etc? I can't wait to change like out.
Picked up my car today. Front bumper cover replaced. Vibration seems to be 95% gone for the most part. Two tires were balanced. No other work done underneath. We will see if it comes back but for now she seems to be driving a lot better.
Thank you this is exactly the same as mine. And it was like that before my exhaust. My keys if I set them in small tray in front of shifter will rattle. Or pennies in cup holder will rattle. That's not normal.
The guy who is helping me out there is on the forum and we've been messaging. I sent him the suggestion.
I just feel like...
Get a mustang they said. Put an exhaust on it they said. Won't affect your warranty they said. They have to prove your parts caused the issues they said... Haha
Honestly I can't remember. I haven't had my car for a couple weeks, and I stopped doing driving tests a while before that because it would upset me so much
Smooth up top at 80+. Then during decel vibration comes in, I can't remember the peak mph where it was most prevalent, but then once the car drops into the 40's it just disappears.
I will say received a call from FCSD within 24 hours of sending an escalation with Deysha here in the forum. Was very impressed with rep's promptness and enthusiasm toward wanting to help with my problems.
I just wish they were transparent. Be honest. Don't lie to me and insult my intelligence by telling me the vibrations I'm felling in the very specific speed window of 50-75mph are being caused by my exhaust, or the "poor welding jobs". Like come on. I told the tech the issues were persistent...
