I was looking @ the 2016 mustangs colors @ a ford dealership . The DIB in the bright sun really has a lot of purple in it. The picture above shows the purple better then other pictures I've seen . I was trying to figure out if the black had any change since they changed the name. It appears to be the same as 2015. It was posted that the new black has a small amount of metallic but I could not see any in the showroom. Tuxedo black has a lot of metallic in it. I really don't know why Ford never offered that in the mustang. I did notice that the black mustang had a great shine with VERY little orange peel . That's good news since that's the color I ordered .

Ruben, you see the same numbers as me and I am sure that you noticed that the base "R" model only comprises ~2.5% of the total 2016 production based on the numbers provided to this forum.

It's the same one that comes on the tech package. Only the track package and the R come with different wings.

Is the color of this car in this video magnetic?

It was supposed to be Avalanche grey according to what was published then. However, it looks not quite the same. I believe that was a digital render.
