I have a 2015 GT auto and I am looking for a SC. I’m an old guy and this car will not be raced and I don’t care about +/-30-40 rwhp. I am very concerned about drivability, durability and longevity of the drivetrain mainly engine and transmission since that is what will be tuned.

I prefer the Whipple base unit 750hp over the Roush phase 1 627hp for several reasons but the Whipple is lagging the Roush in the warranty option and cost quite abit more. I want the warranty option on either choice using their tune. Any thoughts and is the Whipple really worth spending another thousand or so if I am not looking to grow down the road?

Coming over from the Camaro side I had a Maggie TVS 2300 and although the Prochargers and other centri's did much better on dyno they couldn't touch me at the track. I am sold on roots and not centri for fun and fast but that's just my opinion. :)

The Roush warranty is $995. It is comprehensive, but expensive especially if you already have some miles on the vehicle. Ours is $495, not as comprehensive, but half the price.

Price of kits, if you add our TB, we are $1000 more for nearly 150hp. HP vs dollar, its a wise choice. If you want more power later, we offer much bigger fuel injectors, the 132mm TB, 33% larger intercooler, 100+% bigger heat exchanger..... All things you will have to change later.

Then if you look at customer service. In the recent post from customer that have torque control issues. After 3 just from this forum said they have an issue, Roush state's they don't. Being a family owned business with a small advertising budget vs the massive corporations, we let the customers spread the word. We exceed the big corps everyday with better service, quicker fixes/updates when needed, new products and more ingenuity.

Our latest offering, we control the aux fan and IC pump with the PCM, its triggered at 300rpm so no more pumps staying on or fans roaring at key on. Also, we've added a new feature, a baro sensor. Many don't know, but since the 2015 does not have a MAP sensor, the PCM always assumes its at sea level, even when your not. This effects the tuning. We've added a baro sensor, connecting to the other IMRC connector to detect this, along with SC pulley detection. This allows us to vary the calibration to cater to the blower pulley to continue to maximize power.

We have the 10-rib option now, featuring a ATI balancer in stock diameter or the 7.85". We also have a couple new features coming, as we never stop developing while the vehicle is in production.

I love all PD blowers too. Have you looked into VMP and Lund tune. It is very good.

OK I have looked and I can't seem to find exactly what I get with the base kit that I believe is rated at 750hp from Whipple with the warranty? I see what AM offers in their 750kit and I know it is different. So if I get the Whipple base SC kit with warranty 750hp rated what do I get.. Pulley size, injector size, heat exchanger, booster pump, throttle bodies, spark plugs, CAI? etc. I am not interested in bigger injectors or more boost on stock bottom end. Can anyone answer this?

Our kit is 725 with stock throttle body, 775 with our 132mm TB. Both are warrantied.

What I'm stating is that you don't need extra parts because it's already included. The throttle body is the only must have.

We supply bigger injectors then anyone else to safely make the power we make. We supply a huge heat exchanger, much bigger than some of the others, to keep the water cool for the extra power. We supply bigger maf, bigger air kit and front feed design to flow more air easier.

Therefore you get a massive power gain with the most advanced calibration done by all Ford engineers, durability testing in Ford labs and 100% emissions legal.

I'm guessing the Roush would have to be installed at Ford dealer for warranty? Are you convenient to a dealer? I think base whipple kit includes blower, pulley for 10 to 11 boost, intercooler, sealed cai. 58 lb injectors fuel rails. To get the 750 hp you need there 132mm tbody for 600. And u can add dual fans for 400. If you go bama kit then you won't get the whipple tune?

Hypermotive and lethal will discount kit so I don't think it would be 10000 dollars. Hopefully installed and tuned for that. Don't think u need boost a pump for 750 crank. Whipple is 2.9l vs 2.3 tvs. With the price being so close on the kits. But whipple will be cheaper on labor to install. I would go whipple bigger head unit. No cutting k member, liquid intercooler, more power than tvs in your scenario.
