so I bought a base GT with the 18 inch rims and the tires were relatively skinny (255 pzero nero).I didn't really have wheel hop. I had some but it was minor. I had done some burnouts and when shifting from 1st to 2nd I would get a few skips but nothing crazy.
fast forward to a few months later and I picked up some PP rims and threw em on the car with Pzero. what a difference. the car is more planted, it doesn't feel like the tires are folding under the car during hard cornering. also ive noticed it is a lot harder to get the car to break traction and spin the tires.
I am almost due for some new rubber as I bought them used from a friend for a great price and he had put some miles on the tires. I decide to go do a burnout and the wheel hop is 5 times worse then I remember it being. I didn't even attempt a burnout after the first attempt because the car shook with such ferocity. I know its because I have more rubber and a better tire.
From your experience, what suspension mod would most benefit me and get rid of this wheel hop? I would like to eventually get all of them but money is tight right now. car is lowered on steeda progressive springs. open to Steeda and BMR

There is no magic bullet so far but the general suggested order seems to be:

1. Cradle Bushing - replacement or lockout
2. Diff Bushing - replacement or lockout
3. Vertical Links

BMR or Steeda it's your choice. I prefer BMR.

Thanks Coaster!

OP, I highly suggest starting off simple.

CB005
BK054

Those part #'s from us are as good as it get's, for eliminating cradle and diff movement without removing the cradle and replacing your bushings.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

I ordered BMR sway bars after exchanging some emails with Kelly, and I can say that I am very satisfied with both the help I got from him, and the product! I'm considering the CB005 as well.

Do it! U wouldn't believe the difference with the cradle lock out. Most people like myself did it for just stricktly wheel hop, but after putting it on, my whole read end just feels more solid doesn't seem to squirm around as much as it did from the factory, kinda hard for me to describe the feeling but it's worth every penny

Sweet let us know what Ya think, best way I have figured out how to explain the feel is that U have more feel when pushing hard around the auto-x track to when the back tires will begin to slip, just give you more feedback. I just got my BMR vertical links in yesterday and should be getting the differential lock outs within a couple days
