Has anyone ran the intake on a dyno I'm curious about gains and performance with and without tunes and how do you like it?

It's a great intake. Without tune,it's just better throttle response and the sound is awesome. Like an induction/whistle sound. Tune makes all the difference depending on your tuner.

I love mine. Sounds fantastic. Waiting for tune, but I'll be leaving sleeve in so I can revert to 87 octane if needed.

I ordered Lund's tune from Beefcake on Friday.

I'm currently running the Steeda CAI with the restirctor with Bama's 93 octane track tune. The car runs good and pulls strong, but I want to run the CAI w/out the restrictor and I've grown inpatient waiting for Bama to calibrate their tune to the restrictor-less Steeda CAI. So I pulled the trigger on the Lund tune for $200. (It's only $200 b/c I have the handheld device from the Bama tune.)

Not sure if this is a noob question but any issues with water coming through the hood vents onto the filter? I live in the NW where it rains 9 months out of the year. Thanks!

Lund tuned my care without the restrictor, I was the first one to ask and he jumped on it for me right away. Good feel a lot of responsiveness from adding it.

I have washed my car then checked the airbox and there really wasn't any water in it.

On the Steeda CAI? I think I paid right at $400. I really didn't shop around for it though.

Beefcake e-mailed my Lund tune yesterday. I'm going to load the tune and remove the restrictor from the Steeda CAI this weekend.
