price-wise they will be very, very similar (manual vs. manual), especially if you use the ED price of the M4.
performance-wise, M4 with a JB4 tune will yield close to 460-470whp/470lb-ft which will surely match gt350's whp. Torque will be completely in M4's favor by close to 100lb-ft on the wheels at a way lower rpm.
When I put my deposit down I told the GM, this thing better not cost more than m4, else I am pulling out. He assures me that it won't.
Never had an american car, always Europeans. This will be my first Ford, looking forward to it.
