Waiting on the conversion to pass the engineering test. (Should be today)

I drove it all day yesterday, and it RIPPS, in any gear, any throttle. :)
Dig it!

Great news! What are the odds that we receive the file today?

I'm having issues with my tune and was told that maybe I didn't load the file to my ECU correctly but It's a very simple process and I'm sure I did. With that being said, I am posting my symptoms to see if any of you are experiencing the same thing before I try and re-load the tune.

The car surges/ hesitates from idle to 4k RPM’s while under load but idles as it should. From 4K RPM’s it pulls pretty hard up to 5K rpm’s, after 5K rpm’s it sputters/misfires occasionally flashing a CEL. I drove the car twice and have not driven it since. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Does your tune read "procharger"?

Sounds like a misfire. Did you regap your plugs?

Have you scanned for fault codes?

If you read this thread in its entirety you will discover that you are experiencing the same problems as we all have. The new tune is coming in days. However... I repeat however.... It sounds as though you have two separate issues. #1 The tune problem

#2 probable spark plug issue. Did you put in the cooler plugs with the required gap of .034/.035? If not... You need too.

I haven't scanned for faults and I did not gap my plugs as the install instructions didn't call for it (If they did, I missed it and this may be my answer). To be honest I don't know what the plug gap should be.

Thanks, I'll try this next. Any recommendations on plugs?

They do. .034 or .035 or a colder plug. I recapped mine on the stock plugs and it's fine.

But sounds like that's your issue

Yes gap the colder plugs to .034/.035.

I would say maybe even smaller but those numbers are what ProCharger requires.
