The big question is...will the stock long block survive at these levels? Gotta start shipping kits so others can experiment...
They said this is on their built block, so I doubt it. Theyll probably have another turbo for stock block.

Only by putting larger compressors on a stock shortblock will the limitations be found. All else is conjecture.

I've seen a lot of 2.2 Chrysler stuff from the 80s put up impressive #s w/ stock shortblocks. I hope the EB proves more capable.

Better?

I had never heard of any real good Chrysler blocks from the 80s, wanted to know which ones so I can look em up.

Wonder how having a GT22 in compound setup (exhaust on big turbo goes into turbine of smaller compressor and compressor of small turbo feeds air into big turbo) would help boost low end numbers...

I am loving the graph, not gonna lie. I am a fan of the low end torque of this car but I think I could live with pushing the torque curve a bit to the right.

I agree, the stock spoolup is extremely quick, there's plenty of room to trade a little spool for greater top end. From this dyno test we learned that it's not too hard for us to get a huge increase in top end power with only slightly slower spoolup.

Seriously... any news?

MAP has their kit good to go, and they claim stock internals are good enough for 400/400. So, I'm still waiting for more data and pricing from FFTec.

It's been extremely busy at the shop over the past 2 months. Sorry we haven't been able to update our website or make any public announcements lately, we've been developing several new products and services for the Mustang EcoBoost at the same time. If you really need the kit now, just send an email to me and we'll work out the details.
gotta run, I'm due at Shift-S3ctor in 2 hours. TTL
