Thanks for the bump.
We built a really nice block for the customer in that thread. It starts with a new block that has the Cylinder Support System (CSS) installed by CNCWerx, custom forged pistons and rods, pinned crank, pinned cams, ARP studs, FFTEC spec main and rod bearings, balance shaft...
Hi Adam, thanks for the great review!
Just a quick note, I know you've been waiting for an upgrade for the stock boat anchor flywheel for a while and it's finally ready! I've been working with the team at Fidanza to bring out a lightweight aluminum flywheel. Here's a vid of the final...
Yes, the ShaftMasters driveshaft was first installed on one of our EcoBoost builds last summer. What can I say? It fits, high quality, great price and looks good on the car.
Do you mean the plastic hose that goes to the valvecover? That piece is very stiff, it's easier if you clip the intake elbow onto the plastic hose first, then install the intake elbow onto the turbo.
There's no MAF on these cars, are referring to the IAT sensor near the airfilter? If so...
You didn't see the install guide?
Here's the thread, please check it out, it's really easy to install our intake;

Our shop car is using the stock block, stock crank with upgraded rods and pistons. We've been pushing well over 500 RWHP for the last 7 months with no issues. We also use the stock headgasket with our headstud kit with 100% success. So yeah, the stock crank is pretty strong. :)
Update!
Here's the dyno chart showing two of the custom tunes that we developed and loaded onto his AccessPort. The solid line is strictly 91 octane running 28psi. The dotted line is the tune for 93 octane at 30psi ramping up to 32psi at redline. 436 RWHP on 93 octane. Yes it has our 4 bar...
We put a lot of effort into keeping costs down on our turbo kit. It would be easy to save a few hundred bucks by using a cheaper turbo, but a cheap turbo hurts performance in other areas, too. A cheap, big turbo is just no fun on a street car. Are you willing to give up quick spool and easy...
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday! Since everyone is asking about updates I thought I'd throw in a quick word while I have the time. I'm happy with the results of the first customers car to have the FFTEC turbo kit with an EFR 8374. Just like our shop car, it spools quickly and...
We upgraded our axles last Winter when we saw a few V8 guys breaking their axles at the track. The V8 and EcoBoost both use the same axles, so we just upgraded right away.
The best Bang-For-Your-Buck intercooler is the FFTec FMIC with the standard Street core. Great price, great performance.

It's been proven to support well over 500HP, plus we've backed it up with 122MPH trap speeds at...
It's unusual to see slippage this early, the stock clutch is rated for over 400 TQ and has held over 450 TQ on a few test cars. If you've been burning it up with high rpm launches and extreme slipping you might've glazed it. Give us a call at the shop on Monday, we have upgraded discs in stock...
