Build Week 2/2/15

@donshady @mikef523 @coloradogt @tin do you guys think our mustangs are going go like those guys who went almost 6 month's ? Or do u think we should be getting movement soon ?

I have no clue. If Ford really found a problem with these cars that were build by 2/9 I am sure they had enough time to fix them or produce another. If I don't see my car shipped by end of this week, I shall compromise on another car.

Coming out of an accident in March'14 and waiting on this car has been such a painful process for me. I don't think i can wait any longer.

I just confirmed that cars built during week 2/9 are shipping. My GM got that info for cars he had ordered. I think some on here have also said that.

Since I'm not in a hurry to get mine, I have one more day til my "delivery date" , I'm not crazy about them shipping it yet. I'd rather they sort these cars out- make sure they are good and then send them. Besides its still ridiculously cold and snowy out here. Although excited, I can wait.. But yes there's a big kid inside me that feels like Christmas is coming soon lol.

Someone mentioned 'two weeks' as enough time to fix QC problems. MY convertible has stayed 'in Production' for three weeks, and no word if it is going to sit there for another three weeks. I have decided to wait as long as it takes for my car to be delivered...but I have already told my dealer that if I find even ONE significant QC problem on it...I will not sign the check! If a car sits in Flat Rock for QC fixes and then is still sent out with problems, that tells me that Ford does NOT want my purchase.

2/9....we were talking about MY week of 2/2...and I told him that I'm seeing that week 2/9 cars seem to be moving out.

He said he was told his orders on cars built 2/9 were on the way.

Are they expecting to ship most of 2/9 this week? Or just that they're "moving" which could be a few..

Good luck to everyone with this build week. I jumped ship and bought a car built two weeks prior that was already on the ground and had the options I had ordered and then a few more that I'm perfectly fine with being on there. I hope everyone gets theirs cars soon, I just am done at this point and have moved on.

still in waiting to be shipped ! according to website ! QC hold ?
Called yesterday person said stang still in production?
but should be delivered 2/27 ? in Baton Rouge ?

The worst about this all is how embarrassing this is for me. My peers and co-workers know I'm getting a new Mustang and constantly inquire about it. When I tell them I legit I have no clue when I'm getting my car they look at me like I'm crazy then proceed to rub my nose in crap for getting a Ford.

Some even think I'm full of it and making this whole thing up.
