Several have suggested sway bar end links. The thread above is a "clunk" example and fix.

Several suspension components have been changed. An additional thought is confirm those bits were torqued at curb, that the suspension was tightened under the weight of the car, not while suspended.

When I had an alignment about a month ago after all 4 tires were replaced, the alignment spec for camber and toe were both perfectly set as they were before. Same noise just not as loud. I figured if my control arms were toast or something my alignment would be far off right?

And yeah my swaybar links were tightened while suspended.

#2 Steeda camber plates are usually ok. Just check the torque on the top nut and the 3 camber plate nuts but DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN the 3 nuts you can shear a bolt. You don't need a ton of torque on the top nut either, it just needs to be snug. Its possible the main bearing has play but gosh I don' t know a good way to confirm that TBH.

One thing to try is to have a person bounce the car while putting a hand on the camber plate and feel for any movement/vibration.

Found a worn strut mount causing noise this way (not a Mustang though).

Possibly, but not necessarily. You might notice oddities on the road, even if it checks out on the alignment rack. If you noticed vibration at speed, or an issue getting the wheel straight on the road when it looks ok on the alignment rack.. those (in my case) were signs that a control arm was wack, but it just depends. An ok alignment sheet isn't proof that the control arm joints are fine, but its a good sign.

I don’t battle my car to stay in the lane or straight on the road, otherwise I feel it would be fairly obvious

I'm willing to bet it's the bearing on the camber plate or a small bit of play there. Have you tried to hit that top nut with an impact? I know it will rotate but what I did was get a pair of vice grips with the rubber caps and wrapped a rag around the strut. Just enough resistance for a quick hit with an impact

I have not.

I need to tighten it, I should get that socket with the cutout, but it’s going to a shop on Tuesday morning to get some help.

Hi Metz302, I had a similar sound on the rear of my 2021. It sounds nearly the same from the video to mine, and only appeared when that side of the car went over bumps on the road. It was because the top 2 bolts for the strut mount were somehow not seated correctly. Just tightening them didn't work, I had to take them out, let the strut find its resting point, and retorque the bolts to spec. The noise went away after this.

Have you checked the shield on the back of the brakes. If it is to close it will hit the rotor when you go over a little bump

I’m hoping for the best I can’t wait to drive my car like it’s meant to be driven. This sucks. It’s irritating honestly.

Hello; A thing to do when chasing a noise is to empty the vehicle of all loose things, then drive around. Even the spare if you have one. From your description this likely will not help much, but you are beyond the simple stages.
