I hope not. I am excited but very apprehensive. Will take a while to get used to and not constantly bounce off the limiter.

It's easy. At low rpm street driving it feels totally stock.

That's what I want. Stock clutch. Wanna preserve it a while. Won't be doing anything from a dig so hope it works well. My buddy just got his Bullitt done a couple of weeks ago. Same setup.

Another upgrade showed up late yesterday. I ordered them several weeks ago for my birthday, however they are made to order. Living in the heart of Tennessee Vol country, I figured some Checkered Neyland vibe was in order for me. Very well made, the rubber backing is VERY thick. Old school vibe for sure. Definitely car show only mats, but they are tough enough to use daily if I had to...

Installed an Auto Fanatic Fire Extinguisher Mount Kit, with a Rennline Fire extinguisher FE12 3 inch mount quick disconnect, and a HalGuard Halotron Chrome 2.5 lbs Fire Extinguisher.

The install looks amazing, and the Fire Extinguisher is solidly mounted.

Had a day out with the boys today. Hit the Tail of the Dragon, and had lunch at Historic Tapoco Lodge. Very good day. Then dropped off a Wicked Performance TN for my ESS to be installed this week. Should be done mid to late week I hope More updates to come

 

[Gen 6 Mach1]

It's our off season here in the Desert , a bit warm 114 degrees. I had to move Mach out this morning to do a few things to the GTO (1967) Original untouched Stock, purchased from the Original owner family. I spent the last 2 weeks at our Auto Restoration Club Shop, rented one of our lifts to do Oil , trans diff change ,flush brakes installed new KYB gas adjust shocks wet sand cut and buff , one of our members is an air brush artist, freshened up my emblems , new rubber on the Rally II wheels . She runs and drives excellent for untouched 59 years old . Me being 70 I didn't get the Radiator hoses changed flush done and a few other things, but will , I've slowed up a bit over the years .
