Well, just had my update done today via Ford mobile service. Haven't driven it yet. We’ll see if I perceive any difference….
**update- Just took her out for a spin. Okay, this is interesting. Here’s what I perceive. Notice I didn’t say ”found”, because that opens the door for internet arguments…
Anyway… 2021 manual Mach 1, I feel a smoother throttle response, smoother idle and acceleration. Overall, the engine feels to me a bit more refined post programming. I run 93 Shell, Lucas fuel treatment, 100% stock, 88 degrees 70% humidity.
Just how it seems to me. I like the change, but I tend to notice minute details which is not always a good thing…..Good job Ford.
Let me know what you guys think….Any difference for ya?

The hardware is still suspect so I proactively bit the bullet and I just swapped in a KPM800 module, same as Ford approved for the Dark Horse Track Attack cars. I don't trust Ford to do the right thing, especially when it comes to recalls, I've been in enough meetings within Ford discussing what to do about 10R transmision field failures to know cost avoidance/savings is all Bill Ford really cares about.

Great. That’s probably a smart move. I’m just trying to if anyone else noticed a slight difference from the fuel mapping change.

It really is brutal seeing the recalls just keep rolling in. 200+ Ford recalls since the start of last year and it won't change for the better any time soon.

Based on this thread, I contacted my local ford dealerships (x2), both said that there is no fix yet for 25S75. Not for UK cars anyway! So will watch this thread with interest to see if PCM refresh rolled out wider

Same! Dropped in the KPM800, it’s been flawless!

Had mine reflashed , car drives better, can't explain it, better throttle response, smoother acceleration. Did not expect this. It may not be the reflash but just the fact that the install updated some of the origianl software on my 2022 GT, A10. Had this done by Ford Mobile service, had an aftermarket tune in the car which I removed before the update. When I went to put the tune back in, could not install until I updated the tuner to the latest tuner software updates. Have removed the tune several times and reflashed but never had to update the tuner until this Ford update, something definitely different with the Ford reflash. I am using a SCT tuner.

Watched them do the update and definitely more extensive then just changing a couple parameters. I have used Forscan before and this was much more involved, took about 20 minutes or so to load the new software to the car.

Mine was reflashed by mobile service last Friday. I wonder if some are getting a new or the latest calibration at the same time. I honestly don’t think there’s a significant difference (or not much of one) in mine and it hasn’t seen a dealer since I bought it in March 2022.
