This is the message Dad is seemingly trying to convey imo.Curious OP, how old are you? Maybe it is time to get your own pad. Then you make the rules and can park where ever you want.
It my parents houseMy next suggestion, then, is [1] move elsewere and live somewhere you can protect what is for most folks their second-largest purchase or [2] park your Mustang elsewhere, even if it requires short stroll on your part.
Strictly my personal opinion - anywhere (and anyone) that can forbid you from parking in the driveway after your car has been hit FIVE times is not someone worth sharing living space with.
You deserve a situation both far more sensible and considerate.
Parents won't allow itI see lots of grass. Modify your driveway to have a paved spot for your vehicle. It can be done tastefully with a bit of thought.
It's a very cloudy day so I'm going to just use the jet setting on the hose and spray it down and I guess lightly wipe off what's left?I feel like youd probably be ok using a low pressure stream of water... like the wide or spray setting on a garden hose.... be generous with the water and if you gotta dry it, dont rub, just drape a microfiber towel over it and pull across...
Any residue left over; give it a few days and hit it with a clay bar or clay mitt
And, as always... dont do it in direct sunlight
