What did you do to your Mach 1 today

Finished up two projects today... Drilled and painted the tow hook cover and installed the ZL1 Add-ons' tow hook. Installed a Schroth Quic kFit harness. Probably overkill for autocross, but I figure I'll have them if I ever get around to taking it to a track/HPDE.

Took it for a drive then parked it. First spirited drive since getting my alignment fixed and end links installed. Car is very solid. Also plugged back in my Soler throttle controller and I'm starting to wonder if the magneride and throttle talk to each other. My but dyno feels like they are working together when you click through the options

New shoes yesterday then a good clean and dress the tires. Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02 in 305 30 19 and 325 30 19.

im guessing no issues with 325? Any suspension mods? I'm debating doing that next round of tires

Hey all! Was waiting forever to post on here but didn’t have a chance to get any nice pics in yet. (Chicago weather ) Got my car in November. 2021 Mach 1 w handling package. Once I bought the car I looked up the car chassis number and found the previous owner on here! Was an older feller. Reached out to him but looks like he was last online in 2022. On one of his posts it was cool to see what he had already done to the car.

The last few months I’ve been stealing some of ya’ll ideas and tinted the windows, changed out the steering wheel, added the blue Interior trim, and fixed the hood latch so it would close and lock with no issues. Loving the car! Don’t think I’ll change up too much mechanically.

They fit like a glove. No height mods at all, stock springs and Magneride struts. I do have Steeda stop the hop kit and sway bars, but that doesn't affect that at all. The Conti have more "rounded" side walls so that helps some. But I already had a friend that did this exact combo before so I knew it would fit perfect. I drove some today, they are a bit softer on initial turn in, the PS4S had more initial bite, but they do grip and go very well. They do ride better too, of course they are new. I am impressed so far.

What diameter, width, and offset of wheels. Thinking 19x12 for some 325/30 19s but not sure what offset.

Stock Mach 1 HP wheels. I believe they are 19x10.5 front, and 19x11 rear. They come with 315 30 19 stock. So 10mm wider fits great. They might bulge just a little, but no issues.

Per my previous post of trying to do a aftermarket hood and retain the Mach 1 graphic I used my creative powers to mock up some stuff from Anderson. Issue is I don't think the stripe is accurate and may not actually be wide enough for the grills. Which would ruin the concept )=

Yeah, at first I didn’t even realize that the previous owner took off all the stripes. I like the clean look but the stripes/original Mach 1 hood looks sick as well.

Last Cars n Coffee til September at Lowe's , North Lake Pleasant Pkwy and Happy Valley Rd. North Peoria Arizona . I didn't think about pictures, we had 6 of us parked in a row . Brain Faded.... Next Saturday the season officially ends with a Cruise under the Stars benefiting "Make a Wish" Arizona . I'll take some pictures...
