Well, to be fair, the harness behind the the dash is the main body harness. But to replace it, chances are, you're going to need to pull the dash.
Having pulled dashes before. No way would I ever do it again unless I absolutely had to.
I would skip out on the radio for now and tackle the gauges. Those are more important in getting the car driveable.
Does the car start? And the cluster is just... Off? Or can you not start at all?
I've done a few dashs in newer suvs. But I'm guessing it's alot funnier in a Mustang lol. Yeah it starts no problem just nothing comes on. Except for alarm options pops up
