So, both windows won't go up or down (but drop a crack when the doors open and go back up as normally) and both side mirrors won't move with the controls. No other problems that I have noticed. This is a 19 GT.

Back story: we were attempting to tap into the rear view mirror for a radar detector but the prongs kept slipping out so project aborted for another day. Got power OK. Map lights work OK. door sill lights come on. All lights come on fine (in and out), radio, HVAC/fans works.

Then, I had to move the car to hardwire a dashcam. At that time, car started hesitatingly, mirrors and windows don't work. Park car and need to move it again but battery now dead - car won't turn over (it's the original and is now 6.5 years old). Recharge battery OK. Then disconnect negative pole after recharging and leave unconnected overnight with the hopes a "reboot" would help. Nope.

Fuses maybe? And which ones? I don't have a clue.

TIA for your help.

Sounds like your battery more than anything. Even with the recharge, it’s probably not charging up enough. These cars do goofy things when the battery starts to go, my guess is that’s what’s going on with your windows and mirrors

First thing to do is have the battery tested. Most auto parts stores will do it for free.
Next, Check the secret compartment in the glove box for an owners manual.
Failing that, download a PDF of it.
https://www.ford.com/support/vehicle/mustang/2019/owner-manuals/
That should give you the locations of the fuse boxes and a guide for the fuses.

Update: Fuse 23 blew. I was able to use my CTEK and charge up and recondition the battery and it works fine. Once the fuse was replaced everything works like a charm

Do you know why fuse #23 blew?

No - however this happened after having difficulties tapping into the rear view mirror for the radar detector. So far so good, but I don't know.
