powerpoint timeout (12V and USB) suddenly stopped working

Hello
I noticed today that my powerpoint timeout has stopped working.
Normally after turning off the ignition/car, USB ports and 12 V power sockets keep power for 1h15min
My USB ports and the 12 V power socket lose power. It worked all the time and I noticed today that it stopped.

Do you have any ideas? I thought it might be a fuse, but it works when ignition is on.

My 15 did this after about 1 year. My guess was that as the battery aged the timeout delay got shorter. If you want to eliminate the timeout completely search my user name for a post earlier this year for how to easily replace the relay with a jumper.
