Just to clarify my experience on the gt350, in the mornings when its mid 60's or lower it takes maybe 2-3 seconds to fire up when cold. I am not sitting there waiting or trying multiple times, when its warmer the start is almost instant.
Its NOT an issue from my point of view but it is a noticeable difference.
The reason I dont run the flex tune in the winter is Im more worried about killing the battery with doing this constantly. I have a very short drive to work and only drive the car about 3 days a week, even less during the winter as I dont like these tires in the rain.

What's your definition of "cold weather"? The F150 owners manual has things about e85 and cold weather in some years of the manuals
