Did a dyno today, first time ever. Car is a mild build with a 2.9 Whipple on it, running pump gas with a little octane booster as I knew we were going to run it up in the RPMs.
Only did one pull as it was hot today, ran it up to 7500 in 5th. At a mile high elevation and nearly triple digits temperature, she squeaked out 590hp and 480 torque. Basically, right what I expected.
Two take aways from it all: (1)The cars seems to be running well (2) 7500 RPMs takes FOREVER to get to in 5th gear, especially when just standing by and watching and listening for something to go wrong.

Just washed it and scrubbed the top with 303 Tonneau Cover & Convertible Top Cleaner. Now I'm letting the noonday sun evaporate all of the moisture from the top material before an application of 303 Fabric Guard. The flat black fabric in the sun is up to 156 degrees after only about 10 minutes. I'll turn it around soon to fully dry the other side.
