I needed a replacement stripe for just my trunk. I messaged them and told them what I needed.
They proceed to send me a stripe for the trunk that is not only way to long but also not the correct width.
Tried calling them 3 times no answer. Told them they sent the wrong stripe and then they tell me we have our own sizing. Well why didn’t they tell me that to begin with? Then they tell me no returns. Just a heads up about them is all.

I thought it would work because I TOLD THEM I needed to match the oem vinyl. They sent me a link to purchase exactly what I asked for.

They make custom orders. Which is what I asked for and what I paid for but I did not receive the right product.

I don’t see why they can’t have you measure your factory stripes, have you send the ones you purchased back and make new ones for you. If they have their own stripe dimensions and the color you purchased is a standard color that the sell a lot of, it seems like a fair deal and good customer service to work with you..

The only issue I ran into was that I ordered a replacement aftermarket stripe for the front of the car and a new trunk piece and it was the last of the exact material I had ordered 5 years earlier. Still got me what I needed, but I am likely on my own for a perfect vinyl match if I have to do it again.

Did you give them specific measurements and photos of what it was you needed. It looks like you have the full length offset stripe and I can only imagine there was some misunderstanding along the way. Given that the full stripe kit is only $244, I'm sure the damage was less than a factory stripe piece. Perhaps you could negotiate a discount on the correct part moving forward?

Thank you. This sounds completely logical. I asked them to do that and they said no. This is why I’m writing reviews about them on every platform I have. I guess the bad reviews all over the internet are worth the $40.00 order to them. I literally told them my car has factory stripes and I need to replace the trunk section to match them. They said ok and sent me a link to purchase just the trunk area and it’s wrong.

I told them I need to match factory stripes and they sent me a link. I even sent pictures of my car, trunk and stripes to them. Never called me back, never answered the phone and just messaged me to tell me no returns you should have read the policy where our stripes are not oem size. I said but I told you I needed oem size and you sent me a link.

Total BS thanks for sharing your experience OP. I also had a poor experience with some flyby night decal vendor selling sun visor safety decal covers send me some cheap vinyl didn't match anything ...of course it was my fault. Haha Canadians are famous for this type of service sad to see it more and more in US.

I have not done any business with them, but I attempted to do so. They offer samples of their colors so I requested 3 samples. They sent 2 of the 3 and said they were out of stock on the 3rd color. I really wanted to see the one color they didn't have. I was told they don't sell much of that color, but it's still on their website and they quit responding to my emails.
