How did I miss this hidden feature?

While at the car lot before the purchase of the car trying to put the car in reverse. The shift lever wouldn't push down or pull up. What the hell. I started getting rough with it and the reverse sleve on the shaft moved. Ahhh, you can't fool me for ever.

It was also a nice find that the steering wheel is telescoping. I am exmilitary and we were tought to adapt and over come, not to play hide and seek.

Does any one know if these things have an ejector seat? Just because I haven't found the button yet does not mean that it isn't there. Now that would be cool!

I ordered a owners manual because there wasn't one in the gloves box only to find out when it came that there is a hideing spot above the glove box. And there it is, now I have two.

I went all the way back to the dealer to demand mine! They gave me (another) one.

Coupe, didn't know convertible is different. Where is it located?

The emergency trunk release from inside the car on a convertible is a key hole (for the emergency key) in the lower right corner of the back seat back. It's tucked behind the seat cushion and is a royal pain in the A$$ to make work.

It took me so long to realize the night dash light leveler was just to the right of the light knob in the top of this pic.

The fob batteryis not chargeable. It's a replaceable button battery. The spot in the cup holder under the rubber is so you can start the car if the fob battery is dead.

okay, have not seen this…

If the fob battery is dead and you put it in the cup and now you can start your car it is putting a charge to the battery even if just enough to start the car. Just saying what the book said.

I'm one of the few guys who actually read the manual from cover to cover when I get a new car. As I do, I try everything in it to see how it works, etc. as well as verify that everything I paid for works the way it should. BTW, I keep my garage door opener in there because I don't like to have it on my sun visor because the clip dents the visor and I don't want it exposed where someone could break my window and steal it.
