There is a 3/8 " ratchet holder on the battery side of the hood area. I found it yesterday when putting hood struts on. A perfect little slot for fumble fingers like me to drop stuff.

Freaked me out. ....could not find it anywhere. After about an hour of bloody knuckles flashlights and rolling around on a cold concrete floor I found it at the bottom inside of the front passenger section panel where it meets the door. I was able to get the ground effect trim pulled down enough to slip it out with some tongs...having the socket still on it didn't help.

I thought I was gonna have to go to the dealer with a sheep face. I'll be paying attention from now on...beware! My auspicious first post! Cheers...

It's on both sides. I dropped a strut tower brace nut down the drivers side
