Looking at some prior threads I noticed a few folks have aligned their hoods by 1) moving the latch up and down (which reduces the issue of the hood being pulled down too far in the center) 2) turning the rubber stops to adjust it (This helps level/align the other parts of the hood). I cant seem to find the latter - does anyone have photos of what this piece is and how to adjust it? Issue - the hood on the driver side front is slightly raised compared to the rest where it meets the nose. The front center and front passenger side is fine. I'd like to lower that side by reducing the height of this (unknown location) rubber stop and see if it fixes the issue.

Worst case will take it to the dealer but worry they may scratch up the car/screw something up as its new to them.

Thanks in advance

Counterclockwise to raise. Clockwise to lower. Count turns is a good idea too

Question: Will the rubber stops need adjustment over time due to vibration or the rubber settling?
