Decklid adjustment/alignment

Did Ford Corporate say it was normal or the dealership?

My dealership originally said it was normal. I then contacted Ford customer service through this forum. My car was fixed within a week ! Thanks Deysha!

Raise the latch in the body to bring the trunk lid up.

Thing is, that would raise the deck lid from the fender, which is just fine now.

So far, being without a car for a few days and since Ford not paying for a rental it's more of a hassle than living with the poor interface.
