Would like to e85 tune it but i thought your need a return full system but have seen anyone mention it in the thread
If you are N/A the stock fuel system is plenty good. If you are boosted most tuners will want you to run a return, but many self tuners use the stock system with an upgraded fuel pump and a BAP.

Man I just got lund tuned on 2018 mustang with elderbrock 2650, id1050x injectors and 3.75 pulley to keep it around 11psi @WOT. Turned 93. Hate to spend the money again but dd driving the car is annoying but it's great passed 75% throttle or wot. Idle is all over the place, cold starts fluctuate from 500rmps to 1500rpm. Dead peddle issues when down shifting on highway ect. Would it be worth the money.
This is 100% Lunds fault. They use one tune for everything and they basically disable the VVT at cruise conditions.

It would be fine to run it like that if they would enable Optimum Power at a much lower throttle position. So, it'll lug for a few added seconds and people will notice there's a transition. Instead of it being seamless.

Right on running 440lph fuel pump not sure on BAP bought car already built. Just trying to dial it in.

That was at 13.5 psi boost and good DA. On a side note I just bought a 3.8 Whiple kit.
Wow 3.8L whipple would be sick. My issue is we race from 35 mph so getting tractionis impossible in 2nd have to start in 3rd on the hit and still pedal it abit. Probably losing 0.3 sec in 60-130.

I feel your pain. To hopefully eliminate/control this I installed a Electrically Controlled Boost valve which opens and closes linear to gas pedal movement. To fine tune this and have boost controlled by speed, I am waiting on Kaizen Speed to make a Boost Control Relay unit for our mustangs. They said they are working on one?.

Boost controller on a supercharged application sounds fantastic.

My car is almost ready to go to the Dyno to remote tune and test the Smoothboost controller, and higher boost. I am a little slow due to just having shoulder surgery. I am slowly wiring in my new Raptor RPM Shift Light, and my new Digital Fuel pressure gauge, as well as my new Tru Carbon Fiber Dual Gauge A-Pillar. I Will have it towed to the dyno shop hopefully within a couple of weeks.

This can be set up in the tune. Either by rpm, by gear, or even by drive mode.
Mike. I do not know anyone who has a relay/controller which works with the Smoothboost electronic boost controller to vary and or choose boost level per gear or speed, Do you?

I honestly don’t understand the need when it can be done with some simple tune changes.

How is a tune going to integrate with the electrical Boost Valve?

The tune can control boost without an external electrical boost valve. Technically, the throttle blade IS an electronic boost valve and that's all the PCM needs to control boost.
So if I leave the Smoothboost controller to MAX, Wengerd can adjust the boost per RPM, gear, Speed ext? with the knowledge my smooth boost connects inline with the gas pedal connector circuit which moves the boost valve at a linear progression to the pedal position accordingly to the gas pedal position?
